A number of energy-saving technologies have been successfully developed and applied into industrial use, such as key technologies for interconnection of oilfield thermal power and renewable energy, oilfield energy optimization and control, intelligent heat network of refining and chemical enterprises, global optimization of amine liquid system and key technologies for long-term operation.

The new generation of CO₂ capture technology for flue gas of coal-fired power plants was successfully applied in the 150,000 ton/year CO₂ capture project, with the energy consumption being significantly lowered than that of the previous generation.
